Packaging & Shipping
Fresh semi-husked coconuts have a shelf life of approximately 30–45 days from harvest when stored under proper conditions (cool, dry, and ventilated environment). We ensure the shortest possible time between harvest and shipment.
Coconuts are packed in standard mesh/jute bags or as per buyer requirement. Each bag typically contains 25–30 coconuts. Custom packaging and labelling can be arranged upon request.
We primarily offer FOB (Free On Board) from our nearest export port in Tamil Nadu, India. CIF and CFR terms can also be arranged depending on the buyer's destination and preference.

BenZamora Exim holds the following registrations: IEC (Import Export Code), GSTIN, Udyam MSME Certificate, LUT for zero-rated GST exports, and CDB RCMC (Coconut Development Board Registration cum Membership Certificate). FSSAI certification is in progress.
Yes, we arrange all necessary export documents including the Phytosanitary Certificate issued by the Plant Quarantine Department of India, Certificate of Origin, and other documents as required by the importing country's regulations.
